Enriched and relaxing experience

I can't tell you how many times I've walked into a similar establishment and been treated condescendingly, or better yet, not acknowledged at all. But the staff at Cuvée was extremely charming and enthusiastic- and best of all, non-stuffy. As we didn't know much about champagne and sparkling wines, they were eager to suggest a flight of varietals from many sources and took the time to point out the differences between them after having a chance to try each one. All in all, it was not only an enriching experience, but a relaxing one. I look forward to returning to the Central Coast and plan to stop by for "another round"!!

Thank you for the hospitality

This is the cutest place in Avila Beach by far, and in the top 3 cutest on the whole Central Coast! Wear something nice, go a little bit out of your way, and stop by here for a glass of bubbly, or their own local brew! You will not regret it. Make sure to write a little something in the "guest book" (which is actually an adorable old copy of Pinocchio) before you leave, and if you are lucky enough to have Laine as your server, give her a big tip! If I didn't live in Brooklyn, I'd surely be a regular at Cuvée.

This place is amazing!

The ambiance is perfect for classy evenings with girlfriends or dates and is great for any age group (21+). People came in dressed up nice or in shorts since it's right off the beach, and it didn't seem to matter either way. The staff is friendly and gives great recommendations. It's super clean yet comfortable. There's something on the menu for everyone, even though the specialize in champagne. I had the bottomless mimosas on Sunday and a champagne flight a different day. All of the champagne, wine and beer is available for purchase making it a great place to get gifts, and they also have an exclusive champagne club... not many of those available in SLO wine country! Word on the street is that they are about to serve food, so I'll have to check that out in a few weeks. Thanks Cuvée for bringing a fancy bar to SLO county!

I want another glass now!

My husband and I had a date night a recent friday night ago. I have been wanting to pop into this place for months as I really enjoy a nice glass of champagne. There is something about the bubbles of chamagne that make you sparkle inside and out! Since it is not tourist season, yet, there were not many people there. Locals keep this place in mind! The atmosphere is lux. They project movies like Phantom of the Opera (most recent version) on a wall which adds to the atmosphere. We tried a flight of champagne plus their signature parisian champagne. It was great to sample different champagnes and the glass of champagne was DELICIOUS! Not too many bubbles, smooth flavor, I want another glass now! We tried their zucchini, mushroom rosemary saute'. was good, It's really a great place to go if you just want to have a drink with friends, or someone special, or a first stop place before dinner or a movie...They also have a fantastic beer selection. GREAT beers! Owners were knowledgable and open to suggestions.

Chef Mari is a genius with flavor pairings

This was our first champagne tasting and we really enjoyed the experience thanks to the fun experts at Cuvée. Not only did we get to taste the difference between sweet and dry bubblies, we were served a delicious cheese board with amazing food flavors. The ambience was casual, not stuffy, the pricing reasonable and the location unbeatable. Chef Mari is a genius with flavor pairings - we can't wait to go back and savor more from the new menu. Do yourself a favor and stop by!
